i think it Depends if you uploaded the Image Using MPGH's Uploading Service for your avatar! I used Tinypic and Copied/Passted the URL! I think Mines 150x150
Mine was restricted to 100x100 before I refreshed the page then it changed back to 150x150 /
Pretty sure its always been 150x150
You can ask an admin to change it for you. Just send them the image.
Ex-Staff accounts can keep there staff enlarged picture.
