Like I said, I could care less either way. But if they are going to try and legalize it, the need to put in some kind of constraint to stop kids that are abusing to not get it. Like a concealed carry license, except for a pot carry license.

The people who do it responsibly are of no concern to me. The people that dont, and do it because their friends do or whatever, are the reason I think it should continue to be illegal until they find some form of reasonable compromise for responsible people that would keep the kids from abusing it.

we should keep it from being in the hands of kids
but in a realistic world
it being illegal makes it easier for kids to get ahold of
if we legalize and sell it in liqour stores(thats my idea)then it will make it that much harder for them to get ahold of it
instead of making it like fuckin candy where they can buy it from any person sitting in front of 7-11 with an oz of some bullshit selling it like is kush

You are right, but the problem is, kids will continue to get it. If you legalize it, then you are just making it that much easier for kids to find people taht will sell it. Its the same with cigarettes and beer.

I kinda think if it was totally legalized, then kids would stop feeling so cool when they do it, and it would cut back on it a little. Problem is it would just make it easier for the people that wanted to before, but couldnt get any.
