In After Effects CS5, you can do ANYTHING(yep, that's right, ANYTHING), if you know how to.
Replace things in videos making it look like it was there, edit, make 3D Virtual feeling from 2D pictures, EVERYTHING.

And it has a lot bigger user base, with more tutorials, addons.

Adobe After effects is the best
but i use sony vegas
