Doc for TM

We all know Shayne around here, and we all know that he was moderator of the GFX Section, and I say he did a fairly well job.

Why shouldn't he receive TM?

I think Shayne should have TM because he was a great MOD. He has been MOD for months. He meets the post requirements. And he has been part of the community since '08.
