Havnt read past the opening post but would just like to say i wouldnt mind doing a collab or two, or three. Work is taking up alot of my spare time to have put my grapihc hobby on the side, so would be nice to start making a few more things.

Well seems someone has bumped this for me. Collab battles are extremely tedious if they don't have strict deadlines, equally if partners are random there is bound to either be dispute or disagreements, leading to loss of motivation to start/finish and then end up blaming the other person. Collabs work best when pairs (or more) choose each other. Yes, this will lead to substantial skill gaps in entries but i think thats far from the point of hosting a collab battle. Its supposed to encourage teamwork, and is a great way to motivate people and improve learning from others.

So yes, i'm all for this under the condition its not random...
