Can you use an ipad as a tablet? I was going to buy one then my big sister bought an ipad so i just wanted to be sure.. Not to spend more money...

You can get an App Called PSExpress! Obviously this is Photoshop Express and only has Minimal Features but it's a Pretty Good App!
