yes its a laptop?
Thats is the crappiest graphics card i have ever seen.
But do you have the latest drivers?
Check for it sometimes it helpes if you update.

Just press ESC, and ALT+TAB out of the game press around on the desktop and then press CA EU on the menu tab again and it should work properly.
