error?

okay this is my 2nd help request i my friend has a problem i told him about cf the other day and he got it and he was playing CF and then in about 2 days time he tried to start it and it came up with this
File is Changed: W[2007] L[0] crossfire.exe
does any 1 kno what this is?

okay thanks for that mod but i told my friend to do that but he said he did that and 2 days later the samething happend? is this like a game error coz im gnna send a ticket into z8 games coz every two days it happens after he reinstalled it but thanks for helping (ME) & my friend

Something is modifying your crossfire.exe file. Personally I'm willing to bet it's a self-replicating virus, so get a good AV and scan your whole PC (personal recommendation is the epic free AV from MS: MS SE 2).

i suggest re-downloading the game .. :S

and it's a good idea to have a good antivirus in your PC

Yes, Just reinstall it.

You edited something..Or some mod is not working ..

Under no circumstance remove your AV or reinstall without having a virus check. If you reinstall you'll just pick up the same virus again and you'll have a "modded" executable again.
