Phone problems

So I gtta dell streak phone, att. And there are somw bugs. The music turns on by itselr and my pamdora starts to run, this kills.my battery. Also sometimes the lock pad wont work. /help

But besides that evveeything is fine. This is like a new new phone. I got it 2 days before it was released, my uncle works at dell and alot.of.people of one there, his wofe didnt want it, so I got it. It makes me feel special.
