Project help

I don't really want to post this in Homework Section, but if a staff thinks it definitely should be, please move this thread ^^;

Okay, so I was studying Ancient Egypt, and I now have to finish a project along with it.

I was thinking of making the "Great Pyramid" but I don't have sand. So, what i'm planning to do is color a blank sheet of paper yellow for the sand. Then make some origami pyramid, but I want the pyramid to open

I can make a report, but thats just lame

I'll Google if no one has a great idea. I just wanna hear your ideas before Googling

make a mummy

Make a pyramid out of yellowish construction paper
Cover it in glue
Go to the nearest park/playground
Steal a cup or small bucket of sand
Pour it over your pyramid
Done

Sand doesnt disappear in the winter? Just go to the local park and I can assure you you will probably find some sand somewhere.

I'll just stick with yellow paper, theres like snow on the ground, probably 2 inches of snow

I'm saying, how would I make one, made out of what? And ray, I already state that it was Winter, and has approx. 2 inches of snow. Can't actually go to a beach
