Lol. Noob's been throwing that menu around for months, but it's so epic.
mmbomb pointed out correctly that this was a .NET based menu. Therefore, to meet the criteria of this competition, I have ported it to D3D using my DX WinForm clone classes.

Didn't ever saw many useful libs that aren't stupid when you hook them without complete rewrite, So when I want something that I like I code it from scratch, Guess he learnt that too .
