Unlocking readonly commands?

i've been working out ways to rank hack in black ops without an exe, Server sided, it was patched on legit servers and stuff but theres a few commands that i want to know how to unlock these commands are read only and i cannot change them via console

/sv_ranked 2 thats the main one, anyway i can unlock this command or any other one i may need?

sure, patch the executable and receive instant ban
