i live in AUS too. walk down to your local post office shop and look for prepaid visa gift card. there's no age limit. my friend helped me get $100 worth and nobody gave a shit. Then set up a paypal and connect the giftcard to your account. then you can spend that 100$ on w/e

Charity's PayPal account is still locked?
You might need an AlertPay account instead of PayPal, and $10 wouldn't get you the Donator's Tag etc. if that's what you want to know.
