Outside Link Help!!

Can someone please tell me how to give a link to a file i need to post or any other way i can share a file on mpgh.

I just dont want to get banned for something i didnt know.. Since it says "POSTING EXTERNAL LINKS WILL GET U BANNED".

Also external download links isn't allowed but this one can be approved by a moderator.
