Password change email

Why am I not getting it T_T
I use yahoo mail, for some reason I'm not receiving password change email therefore I can't log in at all.
Things I tried:
Making sure it's the right email(Ihave registration form)
Clearing cache
Sending a ticket to nexon
Checked spam email
waited
I've tried 6 or 7 times

sent passwords 6 or 7 times

Just wait some time, and if you steel don't receive email, send ticket to Nexon/contact Nexon again. (maybe they have some problems)

They take 2 months+ to reply

Try to ask for support in the Nexon forums.

cuz when i reset mine it came instantly, try checking if your sending it to the right email?

Nexon acts like they're too busy for customers

Dude that happened to my friend, he thought he lost a csm acciount and was flipping out, his brand new 30 day m416 cqb he bought for 30 days expired. He actually made a new account and put a bunch of nx on it when nexon finally sent the email, a month and half later =/ I personally think it has to do with yahoo, because that is what he used too.
