NO RELOAD/QUICK RELOAD DOESNT WORK

Not sure about Hex editing but Model changing the speed of reload will not register right with the server and will cause blank unreg. shots. If the shots wont hit enemy whats the point?
No it wasnt lag/gun try it for yourself.

We could say that reload is server sided... It's only visual what you do...
So it's useless to make faster reload or to remove it..
