[Solved]Console command block bypass

So console command block bypass, you cant put seta r_specular off, so that there is no specular maps for example and the specualr maps are rly stressing my GPU/CPU and i think they are just useless, i dont see a reason why they would block the option of shutting it off. and also because i have a pretty bad computer i would like to move the chat text (seta cg_hudChatPosition "200 475") but that one dosent work either, and i play on a 800x600 resolutin so when someone says something its all over my screen and in the way :S so please help. dont tell me i should just buy a new comp, not gonna do it because of black ops.

I am not sure about the specular thing because I know BO uses environment files along side of the specular ones. Meaning you may just be seeing the enviroments not the specular. I am not sure though.

As for the chat, add it to a bind in your config_mp, and then set it to read-only. I think you have to do it at the start of every match, but it does work.
