Short version;

Just put a ۞ at the end of your name when changing IGN.

Never tried it but I'm sure it'll work

Why do u want to put "?" in ur IGN?

lol I didn understand..If you put ۞ in your name, you can stole nicks?

According to that thread, the name must not be taken. It must be a name unique to you.

For what is the symbol?

that symbol according to his tutorial, Looks like a Question mark (?) while in game.

۞ = ? - In Crossfire.
