I'm starting on C++ and I can't find many tutorials on MPGH or any other site I've came across....Simple, please make some easy starter C++ tutorials then some more advanced all in one thread.

Instead of follow some tutorials why don't you read a C++ book? C++ is quite difficult when comparing with another languages. Seriously, i would advise you to read a good C++ book before doing anything. Now i know the basics of hacking/game hacking, but before I read a 1536 pages C++ book
This is a must for anyone who knows C++ or want to be a decent programmer.
