What should i use to improve my FPS and graphics?

Upgrade your hardware..

Else, close background programs, reduce the graphics and OC everything until you see smoke coming out of the chassis :3

Usually its easier to just build a new computer rather than upgrade. o_O

But either google, or search these forums for the MW2 config utility tool, and get that. Unfortunate.y MW2 was really locked down when it came to config edits, but every little bit helps.

Turn off anti-aliasing and shadows, both those help a lot. Also, I think there are one or two console-tweakers out-there, before I built a new computer, I had the same problem. The community at Tom's Hardware helped a bunch.
(I won't get a ban for a suggestion of where to look for help will I? If so, sorry.)
