I need help

I want to make [TUT] but i dont know how to post file..can someone tell me please?

Attach files?
Go to Create Topic > Manage Attachments and add files.

Also note that usually tutorials need to be approved so if it doesn't appear right away don't just recreate it, wait for a minion to approve it.

As u can see in the picture

1. Write the title
2. then the body
3. go to Manage Attachment (and click it)
4. Select File
5. Upload

It's better if you just type the information down and provide image links or video links, Not upload them directly onto MPGH. It's generally not a good idea to upload a file especially if its a text file, you could easily post that onto the forum.

If you do want to upload a file though, you do as Jigsaw stated clearly.
Please note the files that are allowed to be uploaded.
