These are just 3 of 15 common mistakes that all poor raiders make. Even good raiders make them sometimes. But great raiders—elite raiders—have figured out how to stop making these killer mistakes. Think about it—every elite raider was once a beginner. They weren’t very good when they started. But they passed through intermediate to expert faster than everyone else. Why? Here’s why--because they were better at admitting their mistakes, figuring them out and moving on. And guess what—most of them had help, even if they don’t admit it! If you’re like most people, you’re afraid of looking stupid and asking anyone how to stop making the same mistakes and step up to the next level. There’s no shame in finding ways to make yourself better--Tiger Woods makes millions playing golf, yet he has a swing coach. Always has. Every professional has some form of advisor or coach that helps them get to the top—AND STAY THERE... The real question is: How Good Do You Want To Be?

Instructions for in-game talent guide:

Find the raidingspecs folder

Copy the two files inside of the folder with right click copy.

Open up your wow directory.
Usually C:/users/public/games/world of warcraft/
If it's different you will have to find it.
From There:
Click on the WTF folder.
Click Account
Click Your Account Name
Click Saved Variables
Paste the two files there
You are done! They should appear in game.
Using Talented In-Game:

Hit the "N" Key.
This will bring up the addon talented. You can select templates from the drop down box up top that says Templates.
You will be able to view these templates in game and apply them.
To Apply them:
Make Sure your current spec is blank (Just reset your talent points)
Then select the template you would like to apply from the Templates drop down box
Then Click the Actions drop down box and click Apply Template.
Your Guide is Now Installed!!! Be sure to check back from time to time to download updates.

You will need the addon "Talented" as well.
