Visual Studio 2012

Just about every two years Microsoft® releases a new Visual Studio™, with 2012 approaching fast, what can we expect?

As of now there are some rumors that Visual Studio 2012™ will house some new features and some features we haven't seen since Visual Studio 6.

Lisa Feigenbaum (The programming manager for Visual Studio™) says the Visual Studio team at is asking for "our" ideas, they would like to know what we want in our IDE.

Well, let's tell them, Post your ideas here, and in a week or so I will collect all the ideas on behalf of the many users of MPGH and submit them to Microsoft®.

Share.

Well i wasnt around for Visual studio 6 but i like everything about Visual Studios 2008
A far more user-friendly personal snippet storage (commonly used functions etc that you can just drag and drop back into your current code)
