How to remove a patched mod

can anyone show me how to remover a patched mod?
I don't want to have to re-install combat arms, that takes too long.

Delete the "patched" rez and replace it with a clean one?

can i just delete some files in the combat arms folder, click game start. then the patch comes up. And it will just do it for me

Just re-install. takes less than half an hour....

just use sumblimo's patcher..... btw wrong section i believe
