Usertitle

So can I has a properly centered usertitle image? I know it's a tad bit too high for rules set in place by Liz (152x94 instead of the max 190x70) but it's not that bad (visible area is only 152x80).

Uh no? That's my old one (notice that it isn't aligned in the center, I had to use invisible padding to match my previously slimmer avatar.
