Combat Arms error?

Heya MPGH. I just came back from doing stuff. And when I opened the client [direct launch] it said:

"Cannot connect to the server. Please try again or visit Yadda yadda website.
Error Code = -2, 10061"

"61" thats different :O. [on the site it only says
On the site, it says adjust ur firewall. I did, i switched all fire walls off. Still getting it... Help...?

I'm getting this error: "Error name -2,10060"
This error is a result of firewall and anti-virus settings attempting to block the game. Please adjust your firewall and anti-virus settings to accommodate the game.
This message if from the site.
I did do that though =(

This should be posted in the Help section of CA.
Try restarting your pc then open CA again
