You should set up a website for your server so people can find it and stuff, like this. Also, I recommend LevelCraftPlugin, which adds a level system for tools and stuff.

and i have heard of levelcraft... it sounds okay from what i have heard... i need to try it to really have an appreciation for it though

Yeah. I had some trouble getting my visa. I'm buying a 50 dollar one either tomorrow or on the weekend. It's getting kind of frustrating but it'll be worked out soon.
