!!!! How to do install/activate mod-patch?!?!?!?!?1

im playing mw2 on ps3.
I think i have the files (ffp bla bla),
what im supose to do with these files and how to install it in the ps????~
plzz help my english = kaka!!

i saw somewhere you have to link your ps3 to pc and than go to dos and change some settings
don't know if it's true but this is a PC section
