Help

Anyone know what an AT&T High Speed Internet Backup Cd is? I have on an well I lost my Internet connection on my computer. I found this disc and well I have a feeling something in it will help. It comes in a little package that says

IMPORTANT!
Back-up CD Only
DO NOT USE
unless directed

If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it. And no I can't call my ISP my dads getting home soon and he will call if I can't solve the problem. Again thanks.
