Instructions:

Install manually or using texture installer.

Fix Texture Problem Guide:

1. Go to the location of your Black ops "main" folder,
so; mine is (C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\call of duty black ops\main)

2. Locate and Rename all your modded files so mine was "iw_11.iwd" that was giving me errors, i changed it too "localized_English_modded_iw_11.iwd". then reloaded the game and it works.

You're wrong. Gold camo costs 50000 CP. I've bought it 7 times for 7 weapons already, so you can trust me

well i payed 25k on my first acc so :P

EDIT: now it is..i use to be 25k but maybe that was when the game came out
