Is combat arm updating?

I check the website and i don't see any server maintain but i just cant log in game, even when i open the game without hack. It load to the log in screen but whenever i press enter it crash, i left it there to run for 10 min and no crash until i try to log in any idea?

Crashing and updating is different.
