Not sure if this is right place or anything if it is please tell me won't post here again. But to the point can someone give me a summary of Xbox-360 modding/hacking, ETC, ETC. Also is there a way to burn Xbox-360 games onto a CD with my computer then play them on my Xbox-360? Would be much appreciated!!! Thanks!

Yes, you would need a flashed xbox.
If you have the original game and would like to play a modded copy you burned on your computer you would need to "Hotswap"

theres guides on how to do such things in the xbox 360 section area, i believe its under tuts? or something of the sort.
