ive seen videos of this hp boost and infinite ammo all over youtube and i was going to ask is their a dll for this anywhere or could anyone make one for it cause it would be really good thanks

its a 100% real hack its not visual even in the slightest

the way it was made was through Class files...if you look at the comments on the video

That's only visual. Anyways, mmbob confirmed that it's just rapid fire + unlimited ammo using medkits.
