super knife+telekill

i was wondering,if anyone could tell me
if i use super knife mod + telekill in Cabin Fever,will i headshot kill the Big blue zombie? the boss at 11 round

What do you need help with?
if you want to know what are these:
Super knife its a modification of M9 knife ( or any other CA EU knife ) that makes it look like an automatic minigun and so the knife shoots very fast like 10 knife hits every second

can i have super knife i'm newb to

Right now, i dont use mods. i can perfectly kill all zombies without it. TIP: dont fly like really high up and stert telekill. just to the inside roof upstairs. zombies cant reach you there.

I usually use glitcher and fly at the corner near the door where the blue zombie spawns at 11 round,but then around 15th round,some noob lets zombies get in near me and explode the bomb zombie near me *poof* game over
