What the fuck is wrong with my WarRock? Cannot launch because it gives me error like this;

I haven't been playing with files or anything.

restart your internet conection. or try later that hapens a lot. its normal. one time u culdnt enter WR 4 hours becouse of that i just restarded internet conection and it worked.
