Well if your looking at this then you must want to learn how to working in C++.
The first thing your going to want to do is get a compiler and IDE (Integrated Development Environment).
Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Express is a decent choice, and has a lot of documentation, including the MSDN built in. Remember, it's the yellow box on the page.

Just follow all of these videos and C++ should be farely easy to learn.
