The first thing your going to want to do is get a compiler and IDE (Integrated Development Environment). Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 Express is a decent choice, and has a lot of documentation, including the MSDN built in. Remember, it's the yellow box on the page.
After Getting that downloaded and installed i sujest you use these tutorial videos-C++ Tutorials - Absolute n00b spoonfeed by antiRTFM's
Just follow all of these videos and C++ should be farely easy to learn.
Make sure you follow them in order or you might get stuck somewhere.
