combat arms error

When i start the combat arms game it doesnt present the hack shield thing and it appers an ending banner the says An internal exception occured (Address:0xa0dda2) Please, contact support@oreans.com.thank you
plz help me with this thing i want to play combat arms

Try reinstalling.
I think some of the files are corrupted.
