[Off AND on topic] Multi Computer Sound board

I was wondering (since I have vista and 7) if I could use one computer to control the other computer's sounds... Like, if I could control what sounds are playing on the one computer, through the other, that would help me a lot... I have set it up so whatever my computer hears, or is playing, is my mic... My Mic is also being listened to...

Question:

Is there a way I can use the one computer to control the other computer's sound (Windows 7 is controlling, windows vista is the controlled)

Because I want to use this FOR CA, and it would help other users if the answer was posted...

You can download an iphone app for that if you have itunes enabled. It works over wi-fi
