Now as to appraise your account;

Overall; 4/10 the lack of weapons really makes me not like this account, I'm a person of weapons over anything else. The only thing that brings you up from a 2 is your rank. the rank is nice enough to encourage some people who don't need a lot to be pleased.

Price; I Would say $15-$35, And the $35 is being generous, unless your account will offer GP and ZP in it I can't see you getting much more than this. I would rather you keep this account and work on it to sell it for much more, or sell it quickly and work on a main account.
