I guess you should update your framework, like House said.
I got first also a similiar problem, then i downloaded VB6 and it was over.

You get the account and the genuine acc maker can change the pass...
So you have to dl the game on his account and the game will be on his acc....

You have a chance that the account is unverified.
You have a chance that the pw is the same as his email pw.
And the real owner doenst know you have his pw, so he doenst change it.

I got another 7 digit account with the same pass for the email.
And i know a few other ways to get an account completey yours, but then you have to pay.
With steam, isn't there a way to have accounts deleted? Like say, hack a persons account copy the cdkeys, then get it deleted. Now you got their cdkeys and can register them to YOUR steam account.

Just imagine getting someone's steam account who was stupid enough to have their credit card data saved on it for easy purchasing.
*Shudder.* Would be horrible, lets just hope someone isn't stupid enough to actually do that, let alone a hacker who desides to use their credit card.
