[Tutorial] Hacking Steam Accounts

It's not weird at all, if you read at pages 1 and 2 you will see that in order for this to work, you need to have Visual Basic 6.0 installed.
You can get a copy from teh pirate bay (or whatever torrent browser you use) but you won't find a quick link on windows's page, I don't think it's freeware :/

well, then go to TPB and download Visual Basic 6.
It might just fix it, (it sure did it for me, but I'm not really sure what vb's I had or whatnot...)

...What does that mean?
