telekill is easy to notice. something like aimbot.. cuz i like to sit on door.. pressing :"space".. and it aims instead of me. dont like opk and telekill ..

In other words, the file is encrypted in order to hide it's intent for (in this case) anti-cheat systems.
The reason your AV is making a fuzz about it is that it could also be used to hide a virus from an AV.
