A good solution to this is saving your replay and then while watching it using a recording program such as FRAPS to create your final product. That way you are not effected during regular game play.
However, as stated above any program running simultaneously with Crossfire will cause some lag, and Recording programs are usually very computer intensive. Also closing all other non-essential programs while recording will help combat lag. Close everything but the recording program and Crossfire.

if you want my suggestion just try this out its 100 percent free records good u can record anything not just game its called cam studio
