Crossfire video REndering Help

Ok i recored with fraps at half size 60 fps but when i render using vegas 10 pro and i uploaded to youtube but its at 240p and i wana know how to get it to 720 on vegas

You can't record better then the strenght of your gfx card. If the card sux, the quality will sux.

720p = 720px of video height. Half size = half the resolution height. Unless you somehow managed to hack the res all the way to something×1440px (usually attributed to a 27" monitor, not TV - the one for like a grand or so) you screwed up. Next time just record at full size.
