WinRAR extracting help? D:

I'm not sure if this is where I had to post this, so sorry if it's in the wrong spot..
So what's going on is that WINRAR IS A PIECE OF FUCKING MONKEY SHIT. When I try to extract an exe file to my desktop (or anywhere else) it won't work.. And this is for ALL exe files, not just this one. It only does this to exe files, not anything else.
In this case, I'm trying to dl PerX, but can't cause this fucking shit keeps happening -.-
Any help?

If you can't extract just one specific type of file (especially executable ones) it's most certainly not WinRAR's fault. Go check your security settings / any AV

No AV, and turned off firewall.. still nothing :/

Any security settings from Windows / any other program that could be interfering? And do you have the latest WinRAR? I know a previous beta build had an issue with folders in the rar...

Hmm.. I got winRAR 3.93, is that the latest?

Do you have xFire and TeamViewer?

Sorry, this doesn't happen to all .exe files, it only happens to PerX -.-
