Well, as the title is named, i could use some help with PayPal.. Okay, heres the thing.. I have a PayPal with $28,43USD [ Look at pic below ]
And ye, i dun't have a bank account / credit card .. And i have " Hit my limit " .. Is there any way to verify it without using bank info / credit card ? Or i can use any other like fake VISA card w/e ?? Or am i screwed .. ?

Just get yourself a Visa Prepaid Card, or buy a 'VCC' online (Virtual Credit Card)

You can get a $25 one for $25 in Stores.
And VCC's are legal, about $6.
