Crossfire installation

well after quiting crossfire for a few months / year i decided to come back on and buy some zp and play again o.o but then i found out that i needed to update crossfire so i went on crossfire and downloaded it from Mirror 1 thinking its the same nothing happens and its theu sual taking around a hour to download because of my rubbish internet, then as normal i run setup everything goes fine till it starts to download the .rez. files... it downloaded rez 1 - 10 and then its the 2 digited numbers turn :] rez 11, error came up saying abort rety blah blah.. so i retryed it a couple of times didn't work so i skipped then went to rez 12... and so on all the way till 15were i go fed up because it takes a while... so i decided to screeny it.. i downloaded it just yesterday so the setup isn't outdated i restarted pc and tried it i excited all unused programs that uses high cpu turned of fire war and added exception just incase for crossfire i tried everything.. and the rez's didn't install so i decided to take a screeny and show it to the experts..

Well if you didn't manage to update the files it's obvious they aren't gonna work, right? Either give the patcher lotsa time or have someone else update the game for you and copy it from them.

If that error is from the installer then just download it again from somewhere else

Did you try uninstalling CF completely from your computer?

my friend got this error ...

1st step ... Disable antivirus
Second step ... Uninstal CF
3td step ...Download CF from trusted site (z8games)
4th step ... instal CF
next turn ON antivirus and cheak if CF is working =)

and yeah ... try to don't get crash in downloading =.= (is somethimes happen)

that used to happen to me everytime i tried installing cf :s all it means is that your internet lost some traces of data and the file is incomplete just download it again hoping you dont lose any of it through the vast world of teh internetz
