You can start by not stretching it to 720p and 1080p if it's barely 360p-ish. And you need to work on those effects too.

1. A intro maybe would be nice
2. Maybe change effects during the clip.

personally i dont like it not really any video fx, and its a replay, in my book replays take a lot out, and its only a 3 kill. i was expecting someonthing more exciting but nice try for thefirst time
