gamestop help?

So I bought saints row 2 from gamestop. It won't work so if I take it back will I get all I paid for it in credit?

If you have your receipt take it back and they'll give you another one.

Is it a Steam Version?
Once activated on Steam = no money back I guess

. I don't want another copy because it's with all copies everyone freezes -_- I wanna use money and the trade in worth to get a new game. Thanks for the help.

If you give the reciept back they will give you another one or give you money back.

If you return it with a receipt, they'll either give you the same game or GameStop credit.

(I did this with Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker like 30 times before they stopped selling GC games.)

If its faulty they will either give you another copy or instore credit. Gamestop does not give cash back.

If it's new then you can only get a new one back.. But if it's used and you still have the receipt don't say anything and return it within 7 days.
