Your not getting me, it still works, you dont need to test it though.

I can tell you from experience that most mods/minions do not normally test hacks unless they're HUGE releases. Usually they just check to see if it's infected, check for ads, and then approve it and wait for responses from the community regarding its validity as a working hack.
Personally, I liked to test them myself to save time and bitching, but it really doesn't matter.
